Gatehouse Coffee Stop grand opening at Long Bennington Business Park

The Gatehouse Coffee Stop opened its doors this morning, Monday 15th November.

Tenants of Long Bennington Business Park and the general public were invited to celebrate this occasion and experience the delicious food and beverages on offer.

Tenants of the business park and passing trade will now be able to take advantage of the new onsite café as they enjoy breakfast and lunch menus. The delicious food on offer includes bagels, pastries, cakes, paninis, sandwiches, baked potatoes as well as hot and cold beverages.

Run by Tez Fahy, she said

“It’s a lovely little place on a thriving business park and a really exciting opportunity for me. We source our produce locally including coffee from Coffee central in Nottingham and premium soft drinks from Belvoir fruit farms. I’m really looking forward to meeting new local businesses and providing a great experience!”

The Gatehouse is a self-contained space that has been decorated by the new tenant and has the capacity to seat several customers at any one time. There is also the potential of outdoor seating for the summer months.

Steve Hampson, Managing Director of Harlaxton Estates said “It is fantastic that we have been able to secure the letting of our gatehouse to Tez and return the building to its former use. The Gatehouse coffee stop at the entrance of our business park will truly add a valued service for the existing clients and visitors we have on the business park together with the local community.

Tez is an experienced Deli & Bistro operator and wished to diversify with this location. We have over 80,000 sq ft of mixed office space but also passing trade from the busy entrance into the village of Long Bennington that will all benefit hugely from this new facility.”

The new café will be open from 8am to 2pm Monday to Friday.
